For guests with walking difficulties or who use a wheelchair:
The lift (cabin dimensions: 106 cm x 150 cm, door width: 89 cm) is located on the west side of the Französische Friedrichstadtkirche, to the right of the steps. Please speak to our staff on site or contact us in advance if you wish to use the lift.
- Directions & Parking: Parking spaces are available at Gendarmenmarkt and in nearby multi-storey car parks.

- Interior: All accessible rooms and facilities are step-free. Door thresholds max. 3 cm high, door width min. 89 cm.
- Toilets: A publicly accessible, accessible toilet is available.

- Hearing impairment/Deaf: No induction loop system available.
- Visual impairment/Blind: Assistance dogs are permitted. Tactile flooring and high-contrast controls are available in the lift. Menus with high-contrast text are available.
- Cognitive impairments: Clear external signage and written guidance are available.
