Exclusive menu for 11 people or more from €42.00 per person

With our variant menu you enjoy the full service of our team. Our waiters and waitresses will serve your guests the individual courses at the table. From the seasonal creations of our kitchen you choose in advance an appetizer, two main courses and a dessert.
Where do you take your menu? Depending on the number of guests, we have different rooms available. In the restaurant we serve from 15 people, the Casalis room is available from 30 people, the banquet hall from 20 guests and the hall from 100 guests.

Varied buffet for 30 people or more from €42.00 per person

For groups of 30 people or more, we recommend our buffet. Our service team arranges the dishes attractively for self-service. You decide in advance from our seasonal offer for two starters, two main courses and two desserts.
Where do we set up your buffet? You choose between the restaurant, the banquet hall, the Casalis hall or the hall, depending on the size of your group. The maximum number of guests is 200 in the hall in the restaurant and in the Casalis hall 80 guests each, and 50 in the banquet hall.

Coffee & Cake à la Hugo from 20 people for € 8.90 per person

Look forward to a varied cake offer for your guests including a hot drink (Café Crema, cappuccino, tea or hot chocolate). The cake is arranged by our service team on platters on the tables (1.5 pieces of sheet cake/person), the drinks are served individually.

How many people can celebrate at Hugo & Notte?

We welcome groups of 11 to 200 people. Small groups of up to 10 people can reserve a table directly via OpenTable. For larger groups of 11 or more, please use our group reservation form for individual advice.

Which rooms are available for group celebrations?

We offer various rooms depending on the size of your group:

  • Restaurant: 11 people or more
  • Ballroom: 20-50 guests
  • Casalis Hall: 30-80 guests
  • Church Hall: 100-200 guests

All rooms are located in the historic Französischer Dom on Gendarmenmarkt.

How much does a group celebration at Hugo & Notte cost?

Our prices start at €42.00 per person for a 3-course meal or buffet. Coffee and cake are available from €8.90 per person. The exact cost depends on your menu selection and the number of guests. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Are there vegetarian and vegan options for groups?

Yes, we can easily adapt our menus and buffets to dietary requirements. When booking, simply specify how many vegetarian, vegan, or other special menus you require.

Can I hire the restaurant exclusively for a private party?

Yes, for exclusive events, please use our event form. Depending on the desired room and date, an exclusive booking is possible. Please contact us for details on minimum prices and availability.

Can I book the viewing platform for my group?

Yes! Groups of 10 or more receive discounted admission to the viewing platform of the Französischer Dom. For a special experience, we also offer exclusive after-hours access with crémant. This can be perfectly combined with your celebration.

What is included in the menu price?

The menu price starts at €42.00 per person and includes a starter, two main course options (to choose from), and a dessert. Drinks are charged separately. We would be happy to provide you with a complete offer including a beverage package.

How does canceling a group booking work?

The exact cancellation policy can be found in our supplementary terms and conditions for group bookings. In general, the earlier you cancel, the lower the cancellation fees. You will receive all the details with your booking confirmation.
